Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping options. Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date it was shipped.
Some larger packages may require private logistics carriers and you will be notified upon shipment.
Shipping Costs:
We offer flat rate shipping on most items at a rate of $11.99.
Refunds:
No returns or refunds on sale and discounted items

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Order Verification Policy:
Thank you for trusting us with your business. As part of our commitment to ensure the best possible quality and customer experience, we do take additional steps to make sure all orders in our system pass a fraud and security check.
If there are any characteristics about your order that did not pass our automated security and potential fraud scan, we will ask to manually verify your information which may include but is not limited to requesting proof of identity and/or proof of address.
In the event that we are not able to get a positive match to your address and payment information, there are two possible outcomes. First we offer to reprocess your order with a certified payment form, i.e. Venmo or CashApp. The second option would be to process a cancellation of the order and return of funds to original payment source.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays and provide assistance as needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Although it is not a requirement we encourage Route Package Protection to be added to your order. Please email us at [email protected] with any additional concerns.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address resulting in a package being returned, a re-shipping charge of $11.99 will apply, as it is beyond our control.
Returns due to Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Weather-Related Delays:
Extreme weather conditions may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

International Shipping Policy
By placing an international order with Brown Sugar Babe, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Order Confirmation & Authorization
After placing an international order, you will receive an email requesting confirmation that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of our International Shipping Policy.
Your order will not be processed until we receive your confirmation.You will have48 business hoursfrom the time the confirmation email is sent to respond.
If we do not receive a response within 48 business hours, your order will becancelled, and you will receive a cancellation notification. Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their email, including spam and junk folders, for this confirmation request.
Processing & Shipping Times
All international orders requireup to 7 business daysfor processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times are7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.We are unable to upgrade, rush, or expedite the processing or delivery of international shipments.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
Failure to pay any required customs duties, taxes, or import fees that results in your package being refused, abandoned, or returned to Brown Sugar Babe will result in your account being ineligible to place future orders with us.
All International Sales Are Final
All international sales are final.We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on international orders for any reason.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Brown Sugar Babe is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, delivery errors, lost packages, or other issues that occur during transit. Any claims related to shipping must be filed with the applicable shipping carrier or package protection provider, if purchased.
